Chris Klein Is A Really Bad Actor

Okay, I realize that I am not giving you any earth-shattering news here with my title as, Chris Klein, known most for his participation (and I won’t say acting or in any way give validation to Klein getting paychecks for playing pretend) in “American Pie,” is such a bad actor that I honestly forget he existed. However, today, Filmdrunk reminded me how shitty Klein is as an (cough) actor. The movie of focus here is the recently released and recently left the theaters after two minutes, “Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li” of which Klein plays the male lead.
The above YouTube clip is actually five clips from the movie with the first one highlighting how awesomely bad Klein is. Talk about over-enunciating and exaggerating facial features. In the third clip, I believe Klein was letting everyone know how his career is going, as well as what his acting ability is like. I’m just pissed that he didn’t have a pyrotechnic accident the way Michael Jackson did so long ago when his hair caught on fire during a Pepsi commercial shoot. And how about that shared look with Chun Li (played by actress Kristin Kreuk from “Smallville” fame)? He even overacts a look. Fuck, he sucks at this acting thing!
If anything, I really think he should follow his own advice in the below clip:
By the way, I think he is now the worst actor on my list of worst actors, jumping above Keanu Reeves and a sold-out Nicholas Cage. I mean, the pie in “American Pie” had more personality and spunk than Klein because at least Jason Biggs got his money’s worth. What do you all think? Agree or disagree?

wow, i mean i knew he was a bad actor and all, but this role really allows him to show off his terribleness!!! i didn’t know he could be this bad, honestly, wtf. i mean there are hundreds of professionals working on a movie set and it went through so many hands and all of them said that Chris Klein was right for this and that he actually did a good enough job for this to be released nation-wide in theaters?! damn, talk about embarrassing yourself…

Oh gosh… I was just watching the street fighter movie… and just had to stop! Why? Not just because it was a baaaad movie, but the Acting… no, the “Actor” Klein. I was watching and it hit me, was it just me who thinks this guy is the worst actor of maybe all time! IT was soooo bad, I just had to stop the movie to check online… and having more fun searching online seeing I am not the only one!
This movie, I just have to keep (downloaded, no money spent! thank god) this movie to show friends, as no one will believe me if I try and explain just HOW BAD this guy is!
I did the same thing as the person that left comment #3. I was watching a downloaded copy of the movie and I had to stop to see who else was ripping Klein a new one. I am dumbfounded at how bad his acting is in this movie. It is truly astounding that someone actually hired him to be an actor in this movie. He would a better fluffer in an xxx film as he sucks sooooo hard it would be a more appropriate job for him. Why doesn’t somebody that knows him tell him to stop for the love of God!
My good god, who keeps hiring this guy (Klein). One of the worst movies ever and I feel bad for those actors associated with it. Is it not strange how Bison has an Irish accent even though his Irish parents left him and he seems have been raised in Bangkok. And I agree what is the story with Vega, I would have assumed the producers have never played the game before. Bring back Van Damme and Kylie Minogue, in comparison it really wasn’t that bad
So I was on Chapter 18 of my borrowed DVD and also stopped watching and immediately got on line to make sure that the entire world had not gone completely insane. Chris Klein sucks ass in this movie. I already knew he wasnt a good “actor” before seeing this movie but Klein actually took this already terrible script to new lows.
Btw Vega is a hideous Mexican in the movie, he was supposed to be a hansome Spaniard, that was almost as disappointing as Klein’s terrible acting.
